Terms of service for Sinclair

The service
Sinclair Data, Inc. provides analytics software that connects to your data sources and produces dashboards, reports and alerts. You keep ownership of your data and your definitions.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and give access only to people who should see your numbers. Admins can remove users at any time.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per editor, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Viewers are free. Yearly plans cancelled early are refunded pro rata for unused months.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sinclair to break the law, to probe other customers’ workspaces, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where possible.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans and publish incidents on our status page. Business plans include service credits described in the order form.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
