Privacy policy: what Sinclair collects and why

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company), billing details handled by our payment processor, and product usage events such as which features are opened. We do not collect the rows in your warehouse.
Your warehouse data
Queries run inside your warehouse with a read-only user you control. We store metric definitions, dashboard layouts and cached chart results for up to 24 hours, encrypted at rest.
How we use it
To run the service, answer support requests, send the reports you schedule, and improve the product. We never sell personal information and we do not use your data to train models.
Who we share it with
A short list of processors (hosting, email delivery, payments, support), each under a data processing agreement. The current list is available on request.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account data at any time. Write to privacy@sinclairdata.io and we reply within 5 working days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we email workspace admins 30 days before the change takes effect.
